I'm seeing renewed interest in bitsy HD. it might be worth adding support.

for this we would need to:

  • read the HD flag from the game state at different points
  • conditionally get a 256×256 image from croppie
  • replace magic numbers (128, 8) with constants and conditionally switch out for HD ones
  • make sure output is compatible with HD - should be 6.0 or less?
  • include default game data for bitsy HD?
